September Favourites 2015

HELLO THERE!

Woah, hold on. It's already October?! Time files so fast! I'm having my major exams currently and yes of course, i'm really nervous. But anyways, there are so many things that I've been loving in the month of September, thought i'd show you guys what they are! 

• BEAUTY FAVOURITES •

This is by far the cutest face mask i've used! I've seen many korean celebrities trying these out and i went to give it a try! It leaves my skin smooth, and having cute animal designs is seriously a plus point. I've used the panda one too and now the tiger. Not sure what i shall try next, hmmm. 

I've been using this lip gloss so much, definitely has been my favourite of the month of September! Its a mix and match of variety of lip glosses, the one i've been using is the nude shade, love it! Also, it taste sweet and nice hahahaha! 

• FASHION FAVOURITES •

 Most worn footwear in September, if you can tell from those dirty stains hahaha! Absolutely love this heels. So easy to match, and i simply just love chunky heels.

I've never actually worn a cat-eye shades before just because i feel that i don't fit them but it was gifted from my friend so i tried them out and I think i'm actually starting to love cateye shades now! 

• FOOD FAVOURITES •

 Korean snacks are just so yummy! I love dubbokki and i love chips, what's even better if its a two in one? This dubbokki chips...... hands down, one of my most favourite korean snacks ever and i've been snacking on these non-stop. If you've never tried this out, oh man you're missing out it's soooo good!! 

I don't know what about you guys living in other countries but i just knew about this ben & jerry's cotton candy flavour not long ago. It was calling out my name so i had to get it and it's soooo good with those cotton candy bits in the ice cream, yummm! 

• MUSIC FAVOURITES •

If you don't already know, I am a super huge kpop fan. GOT7 recently just had a comeback and it was so fast from their last comeback so i wasn't expecting a comeback so quickly at all. They're my bias group hehe I'm so in love with this song, please go check it out!! 

Another bias group that made a comeback recently. Two bias group at once is just making me insane but Monsta X is killing it with 'Rush', super in love with this concept. Very catchy, go listen to it! 

 

Day6 really surprised me with their debut song but i'm really sad they didn't promote the song tho and i'm not too sure why but this is such an amazing song!!! I've been waiting for them since they're pre-debut and they're finally here, so happy! They made their debut as a rock band, really amazing. By the way, wonpil is such a cutie HELP.

• SHOWS FAVOURITES •

What's even better than a comedy and romance korean drama? This drama is sooo funny yet so cute! I laughed so much watching this.  As a huge kdrama lover, i really reccommend this drama!! 

I've watched Season 1 and i loved it but i honestly think i love season 2 more hahaha! Just because there were more contestants, more cool people, more dramas (c'mon who doesn't like them? hahaha) and its more fun than season 1!

• RANDOM FAVOURITES •

Love how interesting this grid pattern is, just some new pattern i thought i should try out rather than the typical grid ones. Simple and nice!

My Current Obsessions

Hello There Lovely People! ♥

Sorry i have been away for quite awhile due to my examinations but hurray to the end of my mid-year exams! Anyways, back to the main point. Today i'm gonna share what I love lately. There are many things that i really love recently but these are the main ones mostly related to fashion but i might do like other obsessions in the future if you would like to see one.

 Mahogany Teakwood 3-Wick Candle • Lavender Vanilla 3-Wick Candle | Bath & Body Works

Oh i cannot mention how i much i really love candles. I am just obsessed with them. They make perfect room decor and at the same time they make your room smell so good. I recently love these ones i got from Bath & Body Works. Mahogany Teakwood is like a sweet scent which i really love and Lavender Vanilla literally smell like you've just baked vanilla cookies in your room (what a weird imagination) but it smells so nice i kept burning them!

 Navy Blue Grid Joggers | Bugis Street

Always love how comfortable joggers are and i love folding the ends of the pants the most. Love this grid print and i've been wanting to get one of these for so long. Sometimes its really hard to make your outfit look nice with this pants or else you'll somewhat be looking like you just woke up from sleep or rather going to bed hahaha but i just love how it adds prints to the outfit as i don't really wear that much prints.

Black Overalls | Bugis Street

Finally got my hands on a new piece of overalls! I've actually got quite a few in my closet but never had a black one which was what i really wanted. I wanted to get it as i was inspired by korean street fashion, ugh love those styles so much. 

Knitted Cardigan | Cotton On

Knitted clothes are the comfiest thing ever. I like how a knitted cardigan over can bring the outfit to another level yet keep you cosy but not so warm too, it's just perfect.

Air Force 1 | Nike

The sports shoes trend is getting cray cray these days and i've been loving these pair of Nike Air Force 1 so much!! I've been wearing it so much lately and its all in my recent outfits. It's so pretty i love it so much, cannot describe any further i just simply love it! (excuse the dirty parts because duh, i wore it so much hahaha!)

And that sums up this post! It's been so long since i went shopping, hoping to do it soon in the next few weeks and i might do a haul but oh well, we'll see how it goes because i'm so broke at the moment. (cries) I have quite a number of posts coming up including a cafe diary. I'll also be travelling soon too so be sure to check out my blog for these upcoming posts.

Nail Tutorial: Floral And Glitter Accent Nails

♥ Hello There Lovelies! ♥  Today i'm going to show you girls how you can create this pretty Floral And Glitter Nails! It may seemed difficult to you, but trust me its not as complicated as you think. Follow my steps and i'm sure you can do it too!

❁STEP 1: Alright, the first basic important step is to apply a few layers of base coat onto your nails. It is to protect and prevent your nails from turning yellow as well as giving your nails a smooth base for you to apply your nail polish.

❁STEP 2: After you've applied your base coat, its time to add colours onto your nails! I chose a sheer pink glitter nail polish for my thumb, ring finger as well as my pinky finger. But of course, you can choose any colour of your choice ^_^ The reason why i didn't paint my middle and ring finger its because they're the accent nails.

❁STEP 3: The next step is to paint your middle finger a colour of your choice. The middle finger is going to be the vintage floral design. I chose a purple colour but if i could, i would've chosen a white colour instead but i ran out of that colour :(

❁STEP 4: As for the floral design, start by painting blobs onto your nails with a light colour. I used the pink nail polish that i used earlier. 

❁STEP 5:  Moving on, take a dark pink polish and draw squiggly lines on the blobs to create a rose. You could draw the squiggly lines or you could also swirl the two colours together. If you don't have a dotting tool, you can always use a bobby pin or a toothpick!☺ Whats a rose without its leaves right? Take your dark green polish and draw leaves on the roses as well. I like to draw two leaves for each rose because i think it looks the best :D

❁STEP 6:  As for your ring finger, paint a gold polish and go over it with glitter polish to make it more glittery.

❁STEP 7: And finally, the last step! Apply a few layers of top coat to give your nails for a glossy and shine finish as well as to protect your nails from chipping and allowing your manicure to last longer. And there you go, your floral and glitter accent nail design! I hope you've enjoyed this post as much as i enjoyed making it.
